Technical support

The technical support provided by InfoSign Media includes, but is not limited to, telephone support, off-site repairs and remote diagnosis. Many of these services are included in the standard limited warranty.

Many of these services are included in our standard limited warranty. PLEASE NOTE that some services require an advance payment or an agreement for support and software maintenance.

Warranty

(Applies to equipment manufactured by InfoSign Media only.)

One-year warranty from the date of shipment for physical defects and malfunctions. If the equipment fails due to a manufacturing defect, InfoSign Media shall repair the unit off-site, or on-site if the client has signed a maintenance agreement.

The purchaser shall be responsible for all repair costs (parts and labour), even if the warranty period has not ended, if the equipment has failed due to operation or installation in a manner other than that specified by InfoSign Media, or due to abuse or modification.

All out-of-warranty repairs are covered for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment from our offices. InfoSign Media makes no other claims, express or implied, regarding marketability or appropriateness for a specific purpose. In the case of breach of contract, breach of warranty or negligence, InfoSign Media’s liability for repairing or replacing equipment is left to its own discretion. The current pricing for this service is available from InfoSign Media’s technical support. The above clauses in this statement replace all other previous versions of similar clauses as of August 1, 2010.

InfoSign Media shall not be held responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profit.

The original warranty of any equipment sold but not manufactured by InfoSign Media will be honoured.
